Up till date, we have not seen any of his classmates come forward.

Chicago State University denied he was at the University, Government College Ibadan did same.

Chicago State University was founded in 1867, almost 150 years ago. Not a single soul has come forward to identify with Tinubu as his former classmate.

Government College has an old boys association called GCIOBA (Government College Ibadan Old boys Association), the association has been in existence for 80 years and none of its members know Bola Tinubu as an ex- student of GCI.

To highlight how dubious Tinubu is and how foolish most of his supporters are I recall when he was Lagos State govt and there were sign posts on Ikorodu rd by the Lagos state government stating: "Bear With Us. This is a Fed. Govt Rd".

The state of the Ikorodu rd in some sections especially the Iponri axis leading from Lagos Island down to western Avenue was pork marked with potholes. Now Tinubu was able to achieve two things from this sign; (1) Portray the FG as insentive to the plight of Lagos commuters and lay the blame of the state of the road not on his administration which in all truth was right, (2) automatically garner support of his govt even though there were thousand of inner city rds that required his attention thereby making any of his failures seem as if it were that of the FG.

This is classical Tinubu diversionary tactics.

The FG was forced to then concede to the LASG demands to repair the roads with promise to reinburse the state. The roads were shoddily repaired and the extravagant bill sent to the FG. The then minister of works, Ogunlaye saw the fraud and refused to pay what Tinubu demanded.

There is also the case of Tinubu unconstitutionally creating extra LGA and then demanding govt funding for the new LGAs. When Obasanjo refused to honor his demands, Tinubu made it seem that all of the pre-existing plus the new LGA allocations were withheld.

It doesn't stop there.

Tinubu has been able to make the average SW concentrate on Federal affairs than what is going on in his backyard.

This he could easily achieve in a place like Lagos were vast majority of people are migrants and as such are not concerned with the affairs of Lagos but more attuned to what is going on in the Federal level. Tinubu's propaganda arm then swung in to indoctrinate the average yoruba to see his poor state of existence not as a result of the failing of his stooges of the then APC manning the State's resources but the Federal govt.

This is why the average southwestern sees no wrong with their APC govt but will blame everything on the FG.

Tinubu knows how to manipulate his own people.
