mekaboy: If it will appease people like you, he can give his speeches at the UN in Hausa, which really could have been be our lingua franca, just like the Chinese head of state and France's head of states do, and use an interpreter. Afterall, we are not Englishmen 1 Like |

mekaboy: Hausa and 1 or more other Nigerian languages should be mandatory in all secondary schools, and made required electives in every institution of higher learning such as Universities and Polys. At a minimum, no one should be granted a certificate from our educational institutions if they are not fluent in a language other than their first one. So if you are Igbo, you must be fluent in Hausa and Yoruba; if you are Yoruba, you must be fluent in Hausa and Igbo, else you will not be allowed to graduate. With Buhari's blessing, we will codify this thought into law once Otueke welcomes the clueless one back home. |

nduchucks: from your comment, it is now confirmed that the idea of buhari's presidency is to return power to the north, to subjugate and trample on other tribes in Nigeria and to reborn the "born to rule" motive of the hausa/fulani north. An igbo should be fluent in hausa and a yoruba should be fluent in hausa. What of a hausa person? He doesnt need to learn any other language since he is already fluent in hausa, right? I've always known that buhari can never be the right president for nigeria and your comment just confirmed it. Buhari can of course be a good President of the North, but he can't be a good President of Nigeria. Since the intention of the hausa/fulani is to suppress other Nigerian tribes with buhari's presidency, The True God of Heaven will never give buhari victory at the poll. 2 Likes |

tonytony208: Haba!! You should have been able to deduce by simple induction that, under the scheme described, the Hausa graduates would be required to be fluent in the other 2. |
