Even if u r a lazy researcher as a lecturer, a publication should arise from ur PhD at least. Mind u, i am not saying d whole thesis. They dont publish theses, they publish articles/papers (just a fraction of the theses or research). People get up to 10 publications from their PhD work alone so wat r u telling me?
