Johnpaul2k2: People like you have blood on their hands. Boko Haram has existed since before the Yar'Adua days. Their current violent cycle commenced with Yar'Adua in power. They have modeled themselves after ISIS and Al Qaeda and have repeatedly confirmed their only motives to be religious terror and establishment of an Islamic caliphate. Even the video you watched has the victim state that BH is just like 'Al Qaeda' yet here you have people like you, keen to downplay the carnage and slaughter as 'politically motivated'. Politically motivated when suicide bombers are detonating themselves! Ironically, the only major player to be linked Politically to Boko Haram in its infancy is a former Governor that this administration has gone to great lengths to exonerate. |

emmanuel4758: If Buhari is making Nigeria ungovernable for Gej with the backing of the armed forces for 4 good years, then is he untouchable? Can't he be arrested, investigated and tried? Not only Gej is clueless, the ruling party is as well. They are responsible for this crazy trend. Let's save Nigeria now before it gets too late. |

WhiteTechnology: You ask people who have lived their whole lives in a place and who have families, friends, work life, school, businesses, properties to just pack out and leave everything behind.... just like that? The only reason my granparents left jos after more than 30years there was because they did not have any properties there and all their children were big and married down south...thats not the case for some other people... 1 Like |

We politicize everything in this country.when someone sign up to be president it means he. Can handle whatever problems that comes with it.who said it was going to be a jolly ride?the government has to search internally and expose everybody involve from all indications there are people involve even in the predidency.BH will not stop without fishing out all the people compromising the effort of security forces.the executive should change strategy cos wat they have been doing is not working. |

temitemi1: Honestly sometimes i believe it is very unfortunate if some people just make unintelligent remarks. If Buhari is their father then what stopped your gutless president from arresting him all these years. One fact i know is that if Jonathan returns to Aso rock, what we are seing now from boko haram will only be a rehersal compared to what we might see. If he is not strong enough to tackle boko haram for 6years then what is teh assurance that he will in the next 4 years. I am not a pro Buhari but i believe if Jonathan is weak enough to put to book the supposed perpetrators then he has no business being the commander n chief |

Keegan: GOD bless you for your intelligent response. Now lets ask each other why is it that most of the northern states affected by Boko haram are APC strong holds? Common sense should make any kindergarten pupil understand that it will be foolish for APC to disrupt peace in states where they know will be instrumental for them to capture more votes. Please let me stop here and allow reasonable people decipher. 2 Likes 1 Share |

FriedPlantain: If you want to be sincere to yourself and conscience, the question should be "what has he not done to curb...". What you fail to understand is that we are a government practicing democracy and no way can he go outside the tenets of democracy to calm that region. You fail to see that Buhari and the APC also fault every effort even when its within the law, to erradicate this kind of stories. They, the APC are gaining massively from this insurgency and you are here asking the wrong questions. I just know that whatever has a beginning, has an end. One day, this too shall pass. 1 Like |

Funny enough, it's politically motivated. Maybe 20percent religious. Bh attacks are aimed most at APC ruled states. It shld be a strategy, to limit the amount of peeps who will come out and vote 2015..i dont even like any of dem sef. (GEJ, gmb, Atiku, Obj, all).. SeverusSnape: 1 Like |

At least he achieved something from the Bokos....i doubt if in his live he ever imagined he will ever appear on CNN.Now instant celebrity. You know what baffles me in this far north....we are not in normal times...this people should envisage trouble at all time. But i cannot comprehend still worshipping or going to church at that time when Bokos are going about like wounded lions looking for people to behead.Check scriptures when Christ was crucified it was a trying times for Christendom, the disciples scattered and where fellow shipping in secret..a times Christians have a wrong misconception of faith. You are no use to God dead, that is why scriptures say a living dog is better than a dead lion. |

I keep re-iterating, being a Nigerian is like carrying a curse, there's nothing good about Nigeria as an entity, even it's people are one of the most retar*ded on the planet. Reading the comment on this thread will give you a good insight into what lies ahead for Nigeria. In other parts of the world, generations are getting smarter, in Nigeria, reverse is the case. A Nigerian Homo-Saipan on this thread, asked which president has been able to stop terrorism, & to my amazement some other homo-sapians liked & concurred his comment. Nigerians deserve whatever befalls them, the population of Nigeria needs to be downsized anyway, having 160+ million idiots walking around in a small enclosure is really unhealthy for the planet, this is natural selection at work, allow nature take its course, let them kill themselves so smarter breeds can take over. 1 Like 1 Share |

XketchDesigns: Not in support of GEJ or Buhari, but the truth is it is difficult to control terrorism in a region dominated by moslems like northern Nigeria. USA, Britain that u mentioned, they don't have Moslems dominated regions like Nigeria. Trust me if they allow that religion to dominate then sooner or later there will be violence. The problem with fighting terrorism in Nigeria isv that it is based on a religion fight and care must be taken not to trigger a religion war which could be brutal. Boko haram are Moslems, GEJ is a Christan, if he acts carelessly a religion war might be triggered. Yes boko haram kills Moslems too but don't get it twisted, if a raid is carried out other moslem leaders will support them turning into a religious war. As a matter of fact, only a fellow moslem can stop this with eas . Whether that person is buhari I don't know. All I know is this scenerio looks more delicate than most people see it. Maybe northern Nigeria should be separated from the south. 1 Like 1 Share |

Yungwizzzy:My brother if you are from the north you should start praying seriously for your Region and Nigeria in general, its sad you are still playing politics with the issue of boko haram, please stop playing ostrich and face reality. The problem we have on our hands has gone beyound casting slurs on that benevolent otuoke man. the place being devasteted is not otuoke, rather a part of Nigeria and that is enough to give every well meaning Nigerian concern. Even when GEJ goes the next man will face even greater problems, what we are facing is terrorism/foundamentalism. The almighty USA could not crush them in Afganistan,Iraq, Somalia etc the USA had to run away from those places with their tails between their legs talk less of Nigeria. |
