z30 is more comparable with the galaxy S4 coz of the similar pricing. Note 4 is samsung's current Flagship device costs twice as much with twice as fast speed. camera is twice as good too. battery life is a lot better and charging is a lot faster

If you pay for a BlackBerry let the seller start the phone and open BlackBerry world on the device...not amazon, not Google store or any funny name...the name of the BlackBerry appstore is 'BlackBerry world' only genuine BlackBerry devices can have access to that appstore

numbers don't necessarily denote real performance when comparing two different OSes

a " 1.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 " on an apple mac is faster than a " 2.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 " on a Windows laptop

in other words one cup of rice won't weigh d same with one cup of beans.....if u want to be fair ull compare one cup of thai rice with one cup of ofada rice......u garrit?

9900 and 9930 are both real, 9900 is d gsm brand while 9930 is d cdma brand. converting a 9930 to a gsm phone to work with sim (when not done properly) is responsible for ur " crashes easily n not strong"

just as walcom said earlier a original BlackBerry would have BlackBerry world, but I think d best thing to check for a real bb10 is to run BBVE on it and make sure it passes all d test......most importantly if u are doubting d authenticity of the device den it probably is a fake device

Bold 9900 & 9930 are both genuine BlackBerry devices. They were made for different network types...gsm and cdma respectively

Those who used the 9930 on gsm networks would have experienced mixed results

Loollll....your browser doesn't open links on its own..if you don't touch the link the browser won't open it

You just need to make sure the tip of your finger is touching what you want

No worries though, you should get the hang of touchscreen sensitivity in a day or two of use

I think you should be cautious what you disagree with and what you agree with when it comes to Apple.

Apple doesn't build hardware and then build software...they build an integrated unit that happens to have hardware and software components

Did you know the iPhone 6 & 6+ are believed to run on a dual core processor clocked at only 1.8ghz but they have outperformed all quad-core and octa-core devices in virtually all benchmark tests that are dependent on the cpu?

The only way that could happen is that apple builds their latest os specifically for the hardware in their latest device and everything runs like one unit as opposed to androids built in bits and pieces for all sort of hardware permutations

if you have data on your phone and you're not on the latest OS...it will be pushed to your phone and you will see a notification that you need to update your OS

if you cant wait, go to setting->software update and check

i don't think you have to reload your OS....please exhaust all options before you start wasting your credit calling anyone

go to SETTINGS->NOTIFICATIONS and make sure the sound bar is up

Hi guys am new to this topic, I didn't even know it existed I should have been here all this while, I downloaded os 10.3 autoloader for z10 stl-3, but after installation, the interface was hmm, breathe-taking but a lots of apps were missing, no gallery, video player, music player, and lots more, please how do you put all these apps back on the z10, pls if there is a link to a better is 10.3 on this forum some1 should please inform me. You just need to make sure the tip of your finger is touching what you want

I've been using this phone for over 3 months now so it's not like I click on a link without know. At least if I do, it won't hav to open in a new tab except I instruct it to.
