PDP is a party largely made up of corrupt businessmen with a few internationally exposed technocrats like Adesina, Iweala, Johnson. Being intellectual does not require a degree or PHD. There are no intellectuals in the PDP. The APC is different in having many folks you could call intellectuals. |
