I don't concur with point 2.

Unless you do not lock your PC when not in use or it is not a laptop (i.e. it is a desktop that remains at the office) or you do not browse in 'privacy', I see no reason why an employee should have access (even by peeping) to your PC.

Moreover, you can have folders where you keep such stuffs that are 'confidential' to you or delete the browsing history and cache if you do not want the address to pop out when sharing stuff with your colleague(s).

I'm the one with access to everyone's systems so I have nothing to fear..

Another way to this is that if you are an expert in your job and a skillful person, you can do all without getting scared. Rather, you get your employer scared when they see you are making moves and they buckle up in other not to lose you.

So whether you browse with office laptops, comment on social media, show up in suits at your office it doesnt have anything on some people.

IT gurus and Expert auditors can probably testitfy to this.

Smiling...those were some of the tricks I used while leaving my former workplace.Especially the social media part.I just try to avoid any update on bbm, WhatsApp,fb,twitter etc and never bothered complaining.
