Hahahahaha. He didnt set a committee to look into it, he set up a committee to conclude the exercise and announce the appointment of the successful ones in 12weeks... Are we not entitled to know why the committee couldnt complete this task on the stipulated date? Its just like telling us that Presidential election will hold on 14th Feb, 2015. That day no election took place and there was no announcement on why it didnt take place as ealier planned. Its taking the masses for a ride na!

From what everybody can see, they arent doing anything, not even ano announcement. Abba Moro said in October that the committee has concluded their assignment, and its waiting implementation, now is Dec. January, we may not hear anything tangible except election preparations. What the committee and NIS cant do in 8months, you think they will do it b4 Febuary? Less than 2months... I will be happy to see it happen.
