Please folks after upgrading my bbz10 I rebooted the fone and all my photos, videos, documents, downloaded apps, everything on my phone memory vanished..

Please how can I restore them?

I noticed I have to restart my Z10 before any new contact I save starts showing. Also I have been trying to delete some contacts but they still don't go even after restarting the phone. What could have caused this and is there any solution to it? I'm on v10.2.1.3442

No, you don't need to restart your phone for new contacts to start showing. If someone calls you with a number not in your address book and you add the number to your contact it starts showing immediately

If your contacts are saved on the simcard then you have to delete them from the simcard otherwise they will still show in your contacts app unless you tell the app to not display sim contacts

Contacts saved on your email must also be deleted from the web email to stop showing on your BlackBerry

The contacts app is an aggregate of your contacts from everywhere

Hi guys am new to this topic, I didn't even know it existed I should have been here all this while, I downloaded os 10.3 autoloader for z10 stl-3, but after installation, the interface was hmm, breathe-taking but a lots of apps were missing, no gallery, video player, music player, and lots more, please how do you put all these apps back on the z10, pls if there is a link to a better is 10.3 on this forum some1 should please inform me. Hello house. Good morning. I'm new on here, obviously. Was searching for something on Google, and then it brought me here, never knew such thread existed.

Please, I've always had the problem of going to some guru to upgrade my OS, which isn't always free though, but, on reading few posts on here, I seemed to find out one can download some 'autoloader', just like some link (Bitcasa) Mykcool posted yesterday, but on checking the link, I practically couldn't find anything for my Q5, not like I searched through all folders though, they are much, I just couldn't have, but from the few i was able to, was only seeing for Z3, Z30, Q10 and passport.

My questions now are: is there 10.3 for Q5 yet? If yes, how do I get it? Even if there isn't, how do I please get the latest OS for the Q5, and ways about installing it (if there's a page on this thread, refer me please, i'd gladly check through)?.

the autoloader for Q10 also works on Q5.
Just download, then extract the file with winrar or 7zip, plug ur phone to a pc make sure ur bblink is not open, double click on the extracted file to run
Ensure you've saved your files on your phone somewhere because your phone would be wiped clean

Ok, Q10 works for Q5, gotten, but then, I tried downloading the .1154 for Q10, and then I got a file of about 1.36GB or thereabouts ready to be downloaded, omo, I fear cancel sharply. My question is, is it always that heavy, or there's something I'm still not getting right? Thanks for the quick response BTW, you far too kind.

I woke up this morning and was amazed at how drastically my battery level has gone.
It went from 100% at around 4 to 68% around after 8.
BBVE says my battery is healthy.

use ur device monitor to check. something is definitely wrong somewhere.
