Hi guys..I have this laptop and I just found out that it has a dedicated graphics ram of 32MB...since I don't wanna return it, I wanna simply increase the ram or get it changed to 512MB.. Please help me on ways to go about it...

not possible u either purchase anoda one or manage it cos ur graphics card is stuck to ur motherboard changing it is the same as buying new motherboard which is buying a pc

look for sytems with 1gb dedicated graphics memory or more hp asus dell

Dedicated graphics memory = 32MB
Dedicated system memory = 0MB
Shared system memory = 1642MB or 1.642GB

not that any system that has shared memory isn't a gaming pc shard memory means its borrowing from ur ram to play gamea and that's not good
u need one with dedicated memory that isn't borrowing from ur ram

Okay bro , am using a hp dm4 with 1gig shared memory , if I put up my ram to be 8gig or 12gig , d graphics should be equivalent to dedicated vram bah ?

4gig ram

64mb ded
1680mb total vram
2.80 turbo boost


That's the spec buh am tinkin abt puttin 8gig ram or 12

The graphic card is Intel HD

bro every tin ur pc gat is bomb except the 64mb dedicated ur ram is 4gig meanin ur ram is actually been used .the 1680mb is from ur ram reducing ur ram so not gonna help
cos mordern games use dedicated graphics memory of 1gb dedicated look for systems with ati radeon or nvidia gtx series rhose r d best
