All these railway revamp would have made any sense if this man battled or seen to be battling corruption. Who doesn't know these will ground just a year after Jonathan leaves government if corruption is still our breakfast, lunch and dinner? The same forces that ran the previous ones aground are still very much around and have even been emboldened by his government. This is just like building a fine house in a quicksand by the ocean..

That is a good and welcomed development. I thank GEJ administration for this, but the million dollar question is how much is the fare, how fast is the train and where are the stations located It is not about providing alternative means of transport that are two and a half times expensive as the current means, slower and the stations are located at places where u wud have to pay close to a thousand naira as transport to get into town......Penny wise, Pound foolish.

Stop deceiving Nigerians pls.

This celebration is just like giving kids kulikuli and groundnut instead of Jollof rice/meat at a birthday party and forcing them to appreciate it.

I know you have to feed your family at your age but think before you start your propaganda.

Ex Governor Obi travels to America every 2 months, is this the kind of rail facilities he sees there?

And please spare us the nonsense about past government failures or nonsense it is a good start. This government has had years to provide better facilities but they have failed.

Nigerians are tired of your lies.

thank you
in a simple phrase "shut up"

The Goodluck Administration has continued to live to its billing as a Govt that talk less and do more!
Vice President Namadi Sambo recently lunched the Enugu Intercity and Enugu Portharcourt rail Enugu rail Line in the Picture below, the VP takes a ride with Former Gov Peter Obi, Alhaji Bamaga Tukur and Gov T.A Orji

God Bless Nigeria

How much was voted in the budget for the rail projects, what was the standard and quality of the project, was it met? We have gone past the stages of seeing aeroplane and running after it. This is the 21st century. If they gave us coaches and rails that are obsolete and rail guages that are not safe wat is the essence? We need rail transport to reduce the pressure on the roads and provide cheaper alternative to commuters, so my next question, how much does it cost from Enugu to PH by rail? And how long does it take to conclude the trip. And where are the terminals situated? Pls OP provide full details with a new post
