So i payed for dhl express $180. The supplier contacted me later telling me to pay for an extra $20. That the shipping company said the weight is more than the price calculated. So i payed the supplier via paypal. The items was later shipped using tnt instead of dhl express. But with the issues with customs and forwarding agents, i haven't recieved my items up till today 21st dec. All i keep seeing is customs clearance in progress. Please i need help on what to do. That seller is a criminal.... Its just so crazy how some fraudster on aliexpress/alibaba extort nigerians of their hard earned money. Its not their fault thou.... $180? Ha that money will ship *3 of that power bank via express with logistics company in Nigeria from China.

Guy open a dispute immediately attaching screen shots of conversation between both of you. He needs to refund the shipping cost plus the item cost. the seller is a fraudster!!!

Open dispute and get back your shipping fee first. Also for not delivery of item before order closed.

I shipped my goods with Happy Time Express Cargo, since Nov 15, via normal, now another company called Allizzy Cargo Services sent me a text to come and collect my goods. I don't understand this.

How did Allizzy Cargo Services get my goods?

I hope they are not fraudsters?

allizzy cargo services is most likely happy time express agent in Nigeria for normal goods. It's a common practise among shipping agents in China. It's very likely that happy time doesn't have a ware house in Lagos for normal goods so they use a "third" party agent so you can pick up your stuff.

That's what I thought before. But I got shocked when Happy Time agent in Nigeria here said he doesn't know Allizzy Cargo Services, that they don't use them.

I contacted their China office, they initially said they don't understand how.

My brother fear catch me. Because that was the first time I was using Happy Time Express. I was trying out their services.

Everything is now settled. I have talked with Allizzy Cargo Services. Happy Time gave them the goods.

I hope you did your calculations well by paying that huge amount on shipping? if not you better ask the last person you qouted how much power banks are retailed now

I sent my goods to this Patrick guy because of what I read here on nairaland, and all the fast reply and fake promises should not make anyone believe him, he'll stop replying once good are handed over to him, others that have Theirs sent by others are already here! I think this guy is just lying to me and all my goods are still in China, trying to see if I can get them back and use another shipper, as for using this Patrick guy this is surely first and last, and to think I was recommending him to some. Trust me don't use this guy! You will regret it

Hmmnn. That's strange. I used him for the first time last week. I just told my Aliexpress vendor to ship to his address and write for him to ship express to me in Nigeria in the package. I did not contact Patrick at all. I tried calling once but didn't get through. I got a text this morning that my package is ready for pick up and I got my item. Not sure what's going on in your case. Try to contact him though. I was actually surprised that the package came. I hope my next batch will sail smooth too.
