As in, Ondo people supposedly eat a lot of Iyan - pounded yam. Efo Elegusi is egusi soup sha, and isapa is . . . I don't know how to explain it, like zobo leaves but not exactly.

It is an Otueke delicacy common among the Nembe tribe in the creeks of the Niger Delta.

The sweetest soup in Nigeria I must say.
