It is a re-confirmation of the fraudulence sahara-reporters represents, and the exact reason I do not entertain, quote, use or share saharareporters stories.

There is no again, no proof the Nigerian army isn't well equipped to deal with this insurgency.

You should read the story.

Nah!! remember the poor colonel was forced to denounced the letter or else face the military court or tribunal with the results of being sentenced to death.

demonds run in your veins, all you saffers.

You're quoting gdp for us when it suits you!
And when it doesn't you quote hdi to us!

Nigeria's economy still grows at 5.1 percent.
Yours is stagnant and idle. Symble of a burnt, dying flame.

Symbol of a dying flame like the US economy is recovering today, as we speak? Sure, dude. Growth at 5% is not development. Development is doing things that make sure that you don't have devalue your naira when the oil price goes to the dogs. The South African economy is the most sophisticated economy in the entire continent of Africa, far richer than Nigeria's and most developed. Growing in size did not save the naira. The Nigerian GDP has failed to save you. We are no saying this to hurt you but it just is what it is.

Beegeagle's Blog has claimed Nigeria has T-72 tanks as far back he published it in year 2012, and even said it been long in our arsenal, you mumus called him unreliable source ! grin

Now who is the goof ? Beegeagle or you guys? You of course...goofy Sowteo ogres, see dem ugly bantu faces like Shrek grin

.

Keep on dreaming, it is good for a young man like you. However, you don't have a Junk Fighter.

Wait a minute, do not come here and parade second hand material obtained from Ukraine as new. Your 1972 Tanks look more like second hand goods.

If y.ou ever d.ie prematurely, it's either due to your professional incompetence or love for rumour mongering and false information, mister @FighterPilot :

"Men of the 7 Division Nigerian Army who were battling with the scourge of Boko Haram in Maiduguri and other affected states Thursday exonerated the Commanding Officer of the 103 Battalion, Lt. Col Anthony Wende over a purported petition written to President Goodluck Jonathan on the counter insurgency operations in the North East.

The petition was carefully studied and investigated by the Nigerian Army and as part of this process; forensic analysis by relevant security agencies was carried out. It was discovered that the allegations were spurious and baseless as the commanding officer had nothing to do with the petition. He is therefore been exonerated,” the army spokesman said.

Col. Usman revaled that petition was aimed distracting the army from its fight against terrorism in the country.
“We wish to categorically state that the petition is the handwork of mischief-makers aimed at distracting 7 Division and indeed the Nigerian Army from its determined efforts at fighting insurgency and terrorism in this nation to a logical and successful conclusion."

Don't you think he was threatened to fall to that position? The military's face would have been bartered if they would have accepted that without threatening the colonel and his family.

@dievluit,you forget that there is no universal definition of what a "frontier market" is,a frontier market and an emerging market are closely tied together, though an emerging market is considered the most mature, but it is opened for debate which of the markets is truly progressive on the long run.a common trait of the frontier market is the trademark lack of a stock exchange, but then again, nigeria has a stock exchange;so,can nigeria be considered a frontier market?.perhaps, five years ago, nigeria could have been considered a frontier, but today,it is in doubt what countries like nigeria can be called,we are an emerging frontier market;which makes us an emerging economy.contrary to your presumptious claims that nigeria has no adequate infrastructure nor manufacturing capacity on ground to be considered an emerging export oriented economy,we have an emerging industry in automobile, textile and petrochemicals.how many refineries does SA have?,you speak of shale boom, but how many oil cracking facility do you have?

But what is the value of the Naira against the RAND? Let alone the Dollar?

Currency value does not show which economy is stronger, 1 SA Rand = 10 Japanese Yen.

Does that make South African economy 10 times stronger than Japan's economy? Olodo !

Our comrades retired back to the base where they were pursued by the bandits. The bandits, however, paid dearly with their lives after they lacked the equipment and resources to suppress our offensive. There were just gnashing of teeth and heartbreaking cries from children who screamed for their mommies.

That's a pure lie. We never were in any hurry to the airport. We had vast time to pack up all our equipment and stuff which needed to be airlifted to Uganda enroute SA. We still also had plenty of time to wave our good bye to the citizens of CAR at ease.

You quote a blog when it suits you to reinforce pure propaganda? You are indeed naive.

If he did indeed write it (no military officer would have constructed such a poor letter), he would have been hauled before a disciplinary panel as would have happened anywhere in the world or forced into retirement like in the British Army. That's why it was such a good propaganda material, albeit poorly written, as is always the case with such items.

It is an already known fact that a lot of stories out there where put out by BH and their cohorts to cause disaffection, but we know the truth even if you are trying to cause mischief.

I fail to understand how could BH ever write a letter to the pres to conscentize him about the deteriorating standard of the military equipments. Don't you think BH would be troubling a sleeping dog by making it aware that it is sleeping. Your accusations do not make sense at all.

The French never helped us at all, they were only busy to deport French nationals and none of them was ever involved in the Bangui battle. SANDF had a protection force for which I was part to look after the safety of the instructors. However, we only had limited firepower yet very sophisticated weapons.
