Some promise but never deliver. Fayose promise and delivered. It's not a matter of spending N800 to transport for a N1000 chicken but the joy of seeing it at all. Remember too that many didn't even spend N50 to that venue. It's better to get things centralise in other for all to get the little meant for them than decentralising and not seeing the result.
