Yes, our Purchasing Power Parity is far superior to japans - meaning we have a more powerfull and capable currency
http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/PA.NUS.PPP

Japan maintains an inflated currency in order to controll their massive government debt
tell that to countries like Ghana ..

or what about the illiterate boko haram that have captured APC's and brand new MRAPs from you?

Boko Haram has no MRAP that I know of.

Nigeria has destroyed almost all Boko Haram APCs, Shilka AAAs, T-55 Tank, etc.

The very first APC in your photo list is the same one I posted below, now destroyed by the mighty Nigerian army, pacesetters of Africa, giant that sets examples for other armies to follow.....SANDF try now, try and copy that power display today !

Behold, see Nigerian soldiers collect Mowag APC from Boko Haram, Shekau II personal APC, we flushed him out of his APC, he ran, we pursued, we k.illed him, we ride his APC, we make photos with them, like Seleka makes photos with equipment of SANDF that Mandela suffered for 27 years to provide for you shocked shocked

How do you know BH has no MRAP? It's not like they keep an inventory for you to inspect?

All we know is that BH has routinely seized your equipment.

Brazil and India is enough for us bro..besides, oil contributes just 14% to our gdp ...

Oil is 80%+ of your foreign earnings. Which is why you're in trouble today.

No buyer is enough at this time because the price is too low for you to have a healthy budget.

what are "all available definitions of frontier market"?,a frontier market is an emerging market, the difference is that frontier has a smaller industry,is more consumer based and has a weaker trade policy.Nigeria has already gone past a frontier market, tell me how many frontier markets have a stock exchange?.for a country to have a stock market, there must be facilities on ground to support trade and barter of national stock, major market parameters must to be considered for smooth transaction in major stock and investments.if a country has little or no 'stock',how will it have a stock market?.your claims about SA helping us in the automobile and financial industry is insignificant, the fact that SA already have an automobile industry that is willing to invest in nigeria's burgeoning automobile industry doesnt necessarily mean that you are "helping" us,its an arrangement of mutual convenience.we import kerosene because of the production cost, nigeria has 3 refineries

Here is your reality check:

1. Nigeria is a frontier market.

2. Nissan nigeria reports to nissan SA. Nigeria's auto industry was set up with the help of SA.

3. SA has more refining capacity than nigeria.

4. Nigeria's stock market is only a fraction of SA's in value.

Reality check bra. Stop dreaming.

Nigeria has NOT spent $30 billion to save the naira, do you know how big $30 billion is? It's bigger than the whole economy of many African countries.

Nigeria is a peculiar country, we have 3 different foreign reserve accounts in dollars.

1. Excess crude oil account, that was depleted to buffer the naira
2. Sovereign wealth account
3. Foreign reserve account (Universal type) was $40 billion about a year ago, still stands at $38 billion last month.

http://www.vanguardngr.com/2014/11/foreign-reserve-now-38bn-okonjo-iweala/

Nigeria is not South Africa.

Also, as an accountant with better knowledge of economics than you do, I can technically say that national currencies of any country in the world can swing up and down, doe not change the status of the country as long as it's other micro and macro economic fundamentals remain strong.

All you pick on is one fundamental, there are 4 main indices to measure an economy;

Interest rate
Exchange rate
Growth rate
Inflation rate

Backed up by other factors;

Debt ratio
Dollar reserves
CPI
International agency ratings

Boy, you don't know Macro-Economics, you see less than a one-eyed man grin
.

Chief, Nigeria's forex was a whopping $50 billion and it now fell to $38 billion in a short period of time.

Before Nissan came to Nigeria, Innoson automobiles were already big and producing in Nigeria.

Nissan is running away from bad business in South Africa as your lazy yet greedy workers keep going on strike asking for more more money without better productivity input, thus frustrated Nissan bogged with heavy losses in profit, Nissan slowly exits South Africa to a better market Nigeria.

BTWN, Nissan is Japanese owned NOT South African, both of us are just overseas branches controlled from Tokyo.

Nigerian auto market has Innoson, Peugeot, Volkswagen, all with industrial production plants, Nissan is a late comer and is A JAPANESE OWNED COMPANY !

Nope, from $42 billion to $38 billion.

That's what reserves are meant for, savings for the time of need.

South Africa has $40 billion debt and $40 billion reserves, in an emergency, SA will be in trouble, touch your reserves and your debt becomes bigger than your savings, bad bad for credit rating and economic contingency needs

Innoson is producing fake motors, such cars will never get support in SA automobile market, just ask cherry of China.

Nissan will never exit SA, because our country has more minerals that make cars than Nigeria. Nigeria has zero of such minerals, zero mines of such valuable asserts.

nissan SA isnt an indigenous company{it isnt south african},the nissan brand still remain japanese, nissan has it unofficial africa headquater in SA,so all activities would have to follow a direct chain of command coordinated from japan through their SA base.nissan nigeria is still new and therefore is supervised by nissan SA for conveniency sake, until such a time that their nigerian counterpart will be strong enough to stand alone.you enjoy claiming that SA set up nigeria's automobile industry, but non of these companies is south african
