Op gud one.People need to b sensitized to collect their pvc's.In my area during d period of collection,I don't feel up to 50% of available cards were collected.
People nid to av their cards to ensure dey vote massively for change without nid for a 2nd ballot.Also if some of d cards are not collected,there is d tendency for d average desperate nigerian politician,so used to rigging elections since d days of who knows who,not just Pdp but apc too,to bribe some officials,buy off these uncollected cards and use dem on d day of election to massively inflate votes,as usual.
I was going thru d 2011 results and saw dat imo,enugu abia and ebonyi,rivers and akwa ibom had about 80-90% of voter turn out.Where does dat happen in a free fair election.@best u get 60-65%.Now here's d clincher:d number of pple who voted in 2011 in bayelsa state is greater than d current list of registered voters in dt state!

Damn, just checked my status, mine is available, now the problem is, i'm no longer residing in OGUN State where i formerly registered, i've relocated to another state, i checked the site for info on what to do, and i came across the proceedure.
But the question is, i'm i to send a typed application of transfer or just hand written application, cos i cant stand being disenfranchised.

You can send a typed or hand written application. The hand written should be on an A4 paper and should be clearly legible.
