And then collected Amnesty deal millions of dollars to build a substandard university in Benin Republic to scam ignorant parents and guardians to send their children from the Niger Delta to the unaccredited secondary school he is calling a university.

When his allocation is delayed he will threaten that President Goodluck Jonathan cannot win the 2015 presidential election, but once he is given another million dollar contract in the Amnesty deal, he comes out to sing a different tune.

In bold: Control of crude oil money - not control of Nigeria's govt for the benefit of Nigerians. Control of crude oil money by APC principals is what the APC alliance is all about for. E be like say una never hear say crude oil prize don drop drastically.

Pray that Nigeria returns to fiscal federalism and regional govt system soon, not this endless political fights in unitary govt system over who shall control crude oil money in Aso Rock.
