Was browsing through NL and saw a thread on which a girl was asking for advice on how to propose to a guy but she was met with great insults and discouragements. Then I was like which law anywhere says "Guys must propose to ladies, not the other way round", Why can't ladies show and prophesy their love to guys? Is it that they aint gat the guts? Or is it just one of those human assumptions? I need to know!!!!

hmmm i asked myself the same question too...a lady will love a guy but will wait for the guy to come and express himself first mehn......girls are scared of proposing to we dem boyz because they may think we gonna refer them as cheap.......hope you know what i mean...but to help matters here i think its the responsibilities of both the two genders.:.....happy new yr in advance guys

see eh, in this Nigeria, if a lady proposed tova guy, they see her as been desperate, talk about if the guy is rich, jeez, she will labeled a gold digger, you can see that in the case of the girl you talked about. the guy been proposed to might even get to loose interest in her but instead of rejecting it he will use that opportunity to take advantage of her, and finally break her heart
