The 500MB free data on activation and the 100% instant bonus on all purchases of 200MB data and above for 12 months is a big scam. I text DATA to 8186 in order to activate several times and I kept getting the message “the device imei 3536xxxxxx3928 is invalid.” At times it gave me false hope by returning the message “You have a pending request, please wait for confirmation” but to no avail.
I bought three pcs of Infinix hot during the Konga 12-12 shopping festival; till date none of them had been activated. I emailed Etisalat customer care and they told me to supply them with the following details for each of the phones: Etisalat Mobile Number, Device IMEI, Device Type, Device Offer, Error Messages, Channel of Purchase and attach a scanned copy of the receipt.
I did all that accurately and they informed me that they are carrying out an investigation and that they would reply me within 24 hours. No response till date.
That was how MTN, Innjoo and Jumia deceived Nigerians that they would provide free data for some Innjoo phones bought at Jumia. I bought two pcs of Innjoo i1s back then, did all the necessary texting and emailing to no avail.
Why do these reputable establishments and service providers have to use deceptive tactics in order to sell their products? They should realize Nigerians would still patronize their products even if they don’t scoop so low. In more civilized societies they would be held to account.

Lol..the traffic they are referring to is not road traffic its human traffic- the amount of people that ordered in your location are much thereby slowing down delivery time.

Thanks man! I'd check on the guy later in the day, hopefully. Still, to change/tweak imei, I downloaded mobile uncle tools already but when I click on engineer mode it just opens a blank page. Or it only opens on a rooted android? Screenshot below.

I am kinda lost wen it comes to talks about changing imei numbers....I don't wanna root my device....dunno if I can still tweak my imei without rooting + I checked my imei number with this code *#06# and I saw 2 diff numbers for both sims I guess.... I am just lost .... how do I get the BB imei number?....some1 should just break it down for me pls ......thanks
