Do you know how much Nigeria has lost because of the importation of petrol?

If we had refineries working ( private or government), we would probably have a much stronger naira because we would not need dollars for petrol, for fertilizers or for coal tar.

Think about how much richer nigeria would be. We have had 16 years of PDP's rule, and they have failed for whatever reason to work on the most important sector in our economy.
