You are not making sense at all. Are you?

Anambra is to the SE what Rivers and Lagos are to SS and SW respectively. In that sense Anambra represents the SE biggest economy. You can take that to the Central Bank. These states have something in common..huge capital inflow and outflow. Again migration pattern shows that these states has more people trooping to it than others. You can revive all the thread you want but it does not change the real thing on the ground..even the blind can attest to that!

This hood is strictly for big boys like you.. cool

OdenigboAroli:

And you are correct ; Obi did more roads in the north because the" poverty mapping" carried out during his first tenure revealed Anambra north is the poorest region and the reason why. These people are mostly farmers with very fertile soil but they have no means of transportation. I.e roads and bridges. They were also mainly subsistence farmers, hence the resolve to build roads to these farming villages, give them tractors, seedlings and soft loans. And my nigga,THATS CREATION OF WEALTH RIGHT THERE.

Ikengawo, Anambra GDP as at 2011 was over a Trillion. Show us what your Imo state was as at then..

AWKA — THE Minister of National Planning Commission and Minister of State for Works, Ambassador Bashir Yuguda, has commended Anambra State for the impressive rise in its Gross Domestic Product, GDP.
Speaking while presenting the pilot survey findings on the state GDP to the members of the State Executive Council at Governor’s Lodge, Yuguda attributed the phenomenal rise to purposeful leadership of Governor Peter Obi and viability and efficient implementation of Anambra State Integrated Development Strategy – ANIDS.
According to him, the state GDP grew from N735.80 billion in 2009 to N1.005 trillion in 2011, representing about 40 per cent growth.
On the pilot survey, the minister said the scheme conducted by the National Planning Commission with the National Bureau of Statistics in seven states selected from the six geo-political zones, was being implemented in two phases to be completed by December 2014.
He said data were generated based on production and income approaches, with agriculture recording 30 percent; industry, four percent; and service sector, 66 percent.

Crap,
I really don't understand you. You had severally posted that Osun,Katsina or Bayelsa states did not have a greater GDP than your native Imo state because they had less economic activities but higher federal allocation. You argued that, if GDP were measured by FG allocations, of course Jigawa, Bayelsa would appear to have bigger GDP than Imo as it exactly shows in Nigeria's statistics.

This proves to me that you are not a street vendor because you actually knew why Jigawa and Katsina appeared to have bigger GDP than your Imo state. Why can't you apply the same yardstick in comparing Anambra with greater economic activities but which receives a tiny federal allocation when compared to the oil producing Imo state?

You dont need to stress tut yourself because no sensible person should ever compare both state and their economy. Anambra is in the same category with Kano,Lagos and Rivers.

Am telling you what sister states are doing to Anambra people in real life your telling me about dickmeasuring in a faceless forum about whose fathers compound is bigger.
More than 70% of drug dealers in Anambra are from Orlu but they keep giving us bad name because they use our state for their operation.

Have u seen me argue over who get money pass when none enters my pocket.

Lets debate facts not just beer palour mouthoff.

How do you view the attitudes of those sister states toward Ndi Anambra?

Ikengawo:

You're all delusional. After weeks of Anambra people in the Imo thread saying that Anambra is richer than Imo and Abia, I posted the economic statistics for the southeast and now you all want to cry about Ikengawo, you've wronged us. You know as a fact that it's common belief among Anambra people that they're the richest in the SE (at times the only in the SE as well). I did all of us a favor by putting things in perspective. Are you yoruba people that will brag about things that aren't real for the sake of speaking?

I didn't say a single negative or demeaning thing about Anambra or Anambra people, my village might as well be in Anambra. I don't like anyone using lies to insult someone else and the best way to remedy that is the truth. Till this day there are Anambra people in the Enugu, Abia and Imo threads fuming that Anambra is richer or more developed than all of those places even when it's contrary to the truth. There's no Imo people insulting Abia or Enugu but all of the separate threads have to deal with attack after attack from Anambra people. Don't talk to me about this nonsense unless you want to see the facts and figures.
