Old mama slots of 18 or 19 years are definitely adults, even though they are also regarded as teenagers, and their is no offence in our laws such as sleeping with or impregnating any female so far as she is above the age of consent (17 to 18).

This law thing you just cited does not neccessarily translate into not bleeping teenagers that chosen the greedy means...to every law,there is an exception!!! And the fact is that a minor is not a willful partner.
He/she cannot be considered able to give valid consent even if they seduced you the older person, you should be able to say no and walk away
If you succumb to a minor's advance, you have violated someone not considered able to give binding consent hence it is a crime.

That is why even when a minor WILLINGLY votes in an election,the vote is legally considered null and void.

I just hope it won't take long for men to shun their 'angelic' view of women, I hope so. A 13 yr old is old enough to take her stand. I know of an 8 yr old that reported to her parents that a man was touching her. This man has not broken any law(s) and should be released with immediate alacrity. He should even seek for compensation for defamation of character simply because he followed his manly instincts.
