Nothing was done to you. Your phone was freighted to Lagos, Nigeria via express and was sent back to Guangzhou, China for us to pay $224 (N42,560) to get it back from the Customs. I'm a business man; I'd rather refund you N24,160 for your order and abandon the phone (that's our loss), than pay N42,560 for a phone of half that value.

A time-frame was given to you and I believe that time-frame is still active and you'll get your refund. I don't want your wahala. I'd advise you tone down your resort to violence and threats.

Your USA order is N2,945, excluding the phone which you just told me (recently) that you'll pay when you get the tracking number.

That's a total of N49,400 + N2,945 = N52,345.

You deposited N45,500. Add the outstanding N4,230 Specuit Cargo owes you. That's N49,730. Balance of N2,615 is required.
