how do I recover my file and I av up to date avast antivirus
it is actually the antivirus that deletes your data, but all your data is stored in the computer. just look for the quarantined files.

Like I said, do a Full Scan with the Avast Antivirus on ur PC, if u can do a boot scan that will be alright.

If your files where turned to a short cut folder lemme know.
there is no shortcut folder there

lemme help,if you're vast in comp operation, search Google for any file recovery software....go to any torrent site and download the full version of the software. install it and plug ur plug as USB storage or use SD card adapter...then run the recovery software, use it to scan ur storage device (memory card) for 'lost and deleted' files...save the scan result somewhere on ur PC,then format ur card and paste ur data back on it. CHIKENA

Settings>About Phone>System Update.

Click on the round button to check for the update, then download the update, it's about 78.01MB

Yes, put the pin inside the hole, slant your hand a bit then pull out.

Do it gently.

Happy new year.

The memory card slot should be empty. The 16GB comes inbuilt with the phone. It should be showing around 5GB.

You need to download and install the update to stop your phone from getting annoyingly hot all the time.

To reset the App simply go to Settings>Apps>System Updates. Clear Data. It will reset the App.
Try to download the updates during night time, before morning u must have downloaded it.
