I think I can explain to you. This is it, at the start of every month, i.e on the 1st day of the month, voting for the best writer of the month starts. Readers will vote for three writers each, and after three weeks, the result would be collated and the writer with the highest number of votes will win the prize of #5000 and the writer with the second highest votes wins airtime.
The last week in the month is the time when the writer that updates regularly the most would be voted for, and as you can see, voting is on.
