Yeah, and you have to be very careful at the training school, don't be carried away. You must not score less than 65% in each of numerous courses, you can retake a failed course just once and you must pass it the second time. You also have to follow all instructions strictly particularly during exams because once you err, you would be automatically dismissed and that's the end, they dismiss people at the slightest misconduct and this is not the time to go start dating your classmates, you need concentration. You will enjoy the training, the meals, the fun, outings etc. If you score best in any of the courses, you will get a gift. There are fantastics prizes for overall 1st,2nd and 3rd positions. Hello house. I got employed by sterling bank about 5months ago and I can tell you it's one of the best places to work in Nigeria.The pay is fantastic and you have an avenue to develop yourself. The recruitment process can be long. I waited almost a year to be called to training school. Which was fun, six weeks of food,fun,rigorous tests and all. Sterling test takes place at workforce,interviews at the head office in marina and training at Ikeja.
I was employed as an executive trainee.
Just be patient, the test is pure GMAT and interviews not tough just be confident and practice what you can add to the bank to make it better and be hopeful. Score 70% in all courses in training school you are good to go.

Oga, connection does not work in an E&P.. It only get you to the test door. Take it from someone who has the connection as long as the Wall of China.
