Equatorial Guinea have announced the
sacking of Coach Andoni Goikoetxea barely
over two weeks before the tournament and
there are strong indications that Coach
Stephen Keshi will be named as the new coach very soon. New president for the Equatorial Guinea

Mbomio confirmed the exit of the former
Spanish international, who had been in
charge for the last two years, but gave no
reasons in a statement on Friday. French football site Afri-Foot claim the Big
Boss is already locked in negotiations and
would soon be announced as the new gaffer. If indeed he gets the nod, Keshi has the huge
task of naming a 23-man squad before
January 7th which is the CAF deadline for
submission of players. Equatorial Guinea will be playing Congo in
Bata on January 17 in the curtain raiser for
the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations.

The women team won AWC at the time of the crisis remember, how is it NFF fault then. This doesn't affect their performance in the pitch, atleast they were provided adequate facilities, played on a good pitch, what else. Which trophy? Do you mean equitorial guinea's league ........
