Please this is a CONSTITUTIONAL requirement. It is a pre-requisite for the office Buhari is aspiring to. If he does not have it, it amounts to disqualification. We shall sue INEC, APC, JEGA, BUHARI AND A RELEVANT PARTIES if he is cleared through a "sorted out procedure" that Lai Muhammed posited. The constitution must be respected.

Ask OBJ, he would produce his certificates, same as IBB and Gowon. However, MjrGMB seems not to have passed any examination. Truth is if you were admitted to UNILAG, You spend four years and did not pass or graduate, your attendance means nothing. In same way, if you attended military schools but did not pass but was promoted on quota basis, you cannot produce any certificate.

For those arguing about 2003, 2007 & 2011 days should realise that fraudulent past does not validate today's requirements. We need to move ahead with the elections but only with QUALIFIED CANDIDATES. Anyone who has no certificate should be screened out. This is our (Nigeria) HR policy.
