Well if we have 9 and standard maintenance cycles mean only 3 are available

What does that say about your 5?

Nigeria has 8 C-130's.

6 are currently Operational.

6 G-222, all 6 currently operational.

2 Boeing 737, both of them operational.

14 transport planes at the Disposal of the NAF. I didn't even add the Donier D0-228.

Not all of them are gonna be operational at any given time.

Some will be undergoing regular maintains, some will be awaiting maintains and spares.

SAAF has three available at any given time, out of all the 9.

NNS Centenary should be here in less than 2 weeks, Okpabana has just arrived, the sister ship to the Centenary is on it's way, we are taking delivery of super modern UAV's, APC's and MRAPS in addition to new tanks and guns.

What are the South African armed forces taking delivery of other than new AIDS medication for your troops?

All 14 of ours are operational at any given time. Fact is you only got 3 C-130's for a country 1/3 larger than Nigeria.

Shame.

Yes sure, whatever you say.

Fact is that after the sniper shot the Badger has the same situational awareness as the BTR

While it has superior armor

Not sure what you think you are proving here

[size=16pt]

Stop lying dude, I proved yesterday !

Basic version Badger armour and BTR-4 armour are same level, resists small arms only.

Who cares, we have 11 NAF F-7 jet fighters, we need only 1 sink your Stealth frigate.

F-7 jet speed is as fast as Umkhonto missile, so we can waste all your anti-aircraft missiles, and rocket the SAN frigate after that. Simple

That's a bit rude I believe

Sorry about that, but please who owns Nigerian_military_history webpage?

Please post the jet fighter photo, you can use watermarks by writing the source people should credit, at the bottom of the photos.

Thanks bros ! You are doing a great job for fatherland military !

You mean the LAV? Because that is their only amphibious vehical, and it is being phased out in favor of the non amphibious stryker

USA is not developing anything amphibious - amphibious IFVs are a relic of cold war doctrine because they sacrifice too much armor and are sitting ducks .

The only modern armoured vehicals that need amphibious capabilities are Recon

Brand new Badgers begin production THIS YEAR with 2015 equipment and technology - compared to your obsolete BTR-4 which is nothing more than a BTR-3 with a new engine.

You say the BTR is more advanced - show us how. Give us specifications.

I have posted specs from website tanknutdave and video of detailed specs on youtube and proved BTR-4 is superior to the Badger.

The locomotive smoke puffing engine alone has rendered the Badger IFV obsolete as at today 2015, don't even mention specs tonguetonguetongue

Meanwhile, in the jail cage where you are incarcerated in ANC prison yard, you are not aware that America is building new sophisticated amphibious IFV in a desperate effort to match the Russians who are too far ahead of USA in amphibious vehicle capability.

"The US Marine Corps’ AAVP7 Amtracs have been their primary ship to shore amphibious armored personnel carrier for a long time; the AAV7A1 was initially fielded in 1972, and underwent a major service life extension program and product improvement program from 1983-1993.

The personnel version of the new EFVs would carry a crew of 3, plus a reinforced rifle squad of 17 combat-loaded Marines. A high-tech weapons station would provide firepower. The EFV was expected to come in 2 main variants: EFV-P infantry fighting vehicles, and EFV-C command vehicles."

Yes, back up systems will not be as good as primary systems or else the two systems make each other redundant

Your BTR has no 360 degree scope in the first place.

Hence the badger is superior.

BTR-4 has periscope dude, cant't you read ? TKN-3MU combined day/night periscope.....Olodo gringringrin

The BTR-4 also has a 360 degree view camera and video-tv, plus a 180 degree armoured glass view which Badger does not have

That's a lie. only 2million SA who live in places which seem to be difficult to erect posts for electrification do not have electricity in SA. FACT!!!

Those areas are as follows:
*Informal settlement
*Mountainous places
*Faraway places which are either listed as unknown.

Badger camera is exposed fully to snipers, BTR-4 camera is securely located under other steel frames.

How does it compare to the Valour Class and Heroine Class?

Valour ship and Heroine submarine are NOT built for effective maritime patrolling. The only thing we changed in terms of armor is to upgrade the mine protection.

Both standard Patria and Badger armour have protection only against small arms. So what ?
