Go on youtube.com and type IELTS , the search. There are alot real exam environment and lectures.

Hi Dr joseph. I also want to write PLAB although I have some challenges with the increased fees as I can't meet up with the January 2016 deadline, but I have completed my IELTS successfully. Are you in Nigeria presently?

To do well in IELTS you dont only need good preparation, but also good materials. To ensure you get at least 7.5 and more in all bands you need to practise with the right materials.
