type anything in d box and cancel what u typed only... a pop up shld show just as in screenshot below... choose AT +EGMR=1,7,"put imei here" if you want to Chang sim 1 imei... instead choose AT +EGMR=1,10,"put imei here" if u want to change sim 2 imei.. remember to put space between At and +.. then send command

Viola!!! ur imei Has been changed.. just restart ur phone, and dail *#06#. now u can subscribe 4 d the global bis. make sure u change ur apn to blackberry.net

. leave a space and write "E" then a list of options will come out like EGMR 1,10 e.t.c. so click on any one if it is sim1 you want to change the imei click the one of 1,7 but if it is sim2 choose 1,10. then insert the generated bb imei in between "" and send at command. once you see Msent, just reboot your phone.

I doubt if clearing the update and starting again will help you. This happened to me and I finally got to update my phone so let me help you here. My guess is that your phone is rooted and that it was done by flashing cwm and super user over the computer. The infinix zero update does not work with cwm. So what I did was to flash my phone with recovery img (which someone was kind enough to post here, it's just 10mb) using Rashr app i downloaded from playstore. After doing that, it wipes the cwm and goes back to the original stock recovery and then you can update your phone. After updating, you can now reroot your phone using whatever method you want. But if you root with cwm again be rest assured that you will need to repeat this process again whenever a new Infinix Zero update comes out. Hope this helps.
