Talk becomes reality when questions of how is included.

QUESTIONS OSINBAJO and APC NEEDS TO ANSWER ON

FISCAL FEDERALISM

Will the states be told to keep at least 50% of royalties/taxes generated within their territory and remit the remaining to the federation account for further sharing among the FG States and LGAs

OR

Will the states still be going to Abuja to collect money as usual when all royalties/taxes generated within the states are deposited into the federation account.

SECURITY

Will State LGAs and Community be allow to establish their own police force which will work alongside the FG police

OR

Will the FG be left to bear the burden alone

ANTI CORRUPTION

How does he plan to make our institutions

1) Accountable to public scrutiny

2) Independent and free from political influence of APC elites
