I think you should upload your online printout. You can also upload your statement of result in the space for result statement and your WAEC cert in the space for certificate. I don try na,abi? You can also comfirm from others.

online payment slip,jamb admission letter,affidavit of non membership of secret cult,affidavit of good conduct,guarantor's letter,acceptance letter,birth certificate,uniben admission letter,jamb result slip,post ume result slip,ssce certificate.each photocopy schould be held together by a paper clip and in a white file and of course each shd av passport.dis were d ones they asked me to bring during mine.
