d passport was clipped to d documents all in the file.not to wori on dat day u'll definitely get assistance frm people in sch who'll tell u wat to do like red cross,ur faculty presidents and so on

we did two different passport d normal one and 2 by 2 or so dis one was for d record file.some clearance officers insisted on using both while for some odas it was optional.

plenty money cos whispers*nothing in uniben is free*.from record file to application for hostel nd if successful to payment for d space to registration of ur courses like gst for example was 6000 in my time.if u register ur course u get ur txtbook,then ur faculty nd departmental clearance.all these are nt hard d main one is auditorium clearance and getting ur eligibility.its fun though.
