yes u will purchase white file and d passport shd be clipped to each of d six photocopies,nd of course dey re aware some of ur slip has passport but still need passport.during my clearance an official told me sth like d collected photocopies will be put inside d record files nd sent to d different faculty department and i think 3 for school.just don't wori urs will be beta nd easier.
