Unfortunately, the one in other regions will not be counted as SE votes. E.g Emeka's vote in Lagos will be "mistakenly" counted for GMB even if he thumb-print for gej.
The only place where Ada's vote will be counted for gej is in the SE and you guys are the least in numbers. Goodluck Ebele Azikwe Jonathan can be argued on the floor of the senate as an Igbo president and you guys will lose not necessarily because you are the least in numbers but because you have no allies.

Only the politically inept like you will not know who the political powerhouse of recent Nigeria is.

To your utter dismay, may I tell you that the present day Nigeria does not lie in the hands of the major tribe of Igbo, Hausa, and Yoruba.
The least tribe, unexpectedly has power and control Nigeria....The SS has Nigeria at the neck, they can decide the presidency, the unity or break up of this country.

The Igbos should leave GEJ alone. GEJ has fulfilled his campaign promise to d Igbos by rebuilding onitsha bridge, building seaport at ugwuta, building Aba container terminal, giving appointments to Igbo sons and daughters, protecting them from prosecution against looting of public funds etc. GEJ did not take their chance as president. Its turn by turn. GEJ is taking d turn of south-south people. Igbos are politically lazy in Nigeria.

You rather sink with GEJ than float with GMB is your assertion.
Same way you mention GMB's perceived mistreatment of Alex Ekwueme's is the same way I will remind you of GMB's commendation and elevation of Dora Akunyili.
I've forgotten the chief's name but the first crude oil lifting license to a local was to an Igbo man by GMB against all odds.
Edit: Chief Anyam-Osigwe is the name.

There are no permanent enemies but permanent interests in life.
The igbos generally do a poor job of being a pressure group and playing the politics of requesting for Gov't presence in the SE.

Instead of being headstrong like Okonkwo in Achebe's great book, calm down and play the politics.

Identity problem is affecting the Igbos..They want to live in Biafra and Nigeria at the same time...no way! They are adopting GEJ an Ijaw man to take over their Federal birthright because he told them about one Ebele nonsense. Only Rochas saw the need to join force with the opposition and have an Igbo voice there...instead of praising him, they maligned him. They sold their own party APGA cheaply to PDP and put a total pause to their own aspirations as a Nation... While the Yoruba party and Hausas merges to wrestle power from the PDP, they however never truly abandon the PDP.

Thank you so much.

I always laugh when people think that an Igbo presidency is the messianic answer to all Igbo problems.

It is not and Igbos have long realised that.

Igbos have not been president in any democracy but they still have some of the best indices in all facets of human endeavor from education to health to economy.

Those who have held unto power the longest have the poorest masses with politico religious unrest and gross inequalities between the elites and masses.

So telling Igbo to align with APC because it gives them the best shot at presidency in the unknown future is a very lame and laughable ideology.
Hmm..So you will rather sell your "birth right" all because there is "nothin messianic" about an igbo presidency? Easu comes to mind! Hope when d policies no longer favor the SE aand those indices start plumeting you wont cry marginalization. Who is even talkin about an Igbo presidency when your kind of mentality is the reason the Igbo are not cohesive enough to be considred a pressure group-where they can influence policy decisions in government. Ndi Igbo need to spread their bets. Relying on GEJ and PDP alone is hedging their bets on one option alone. If that ship sinks, they go down en masse.

Sticking with GEJ/PDP has killed APGA. They should have joined APC during the coalition and had a say in choosing positions within APC.
The worst part is the Igbos are encouraging the tagging of GEJ's presidency as an Igbo one. The implications are profound- no Igbo Presidency again after GEJ until it goes round all other geopolitical zones. This is extremely foolish by all standards.

If GMB wins, which is likely, the Igbos may have politically checkmated themselves by sticking to GEJ/PDP.
GMB needs SE votes as much as they need him and APC.
I suggest Ohanaeze or APGA gets into some secret understanding with GMB and APC for this elections.
Thats a sure banker presidency for GMB with about 45 million SE votes.
This way they get something meaningful out of all these.

Edit: SE has ~7 Million Eligible Voters not 45 Million. Na typo. grin

GMB 2015 On Course.

This is all wishful thinking. I would be very surprised if APC gets more than 3% of the Igbo vote, the rest is going to GEJ. This election has become more than just about political positions or what Buhari will do or won't do if he wins. This has become more about keeping the presidency in the south. Why would the Igbos want power to go back to the north and their "born to rule" mentality? What is it about Buhari that even shows anyone that he will be any better than GEJ? This is a man who ran one of the most draconian regimes in Africa during his first outing. APC is just a grand plot by the Yorubas and northerners to rotate power between themselves just like they have always done,at the expense of the Igbos and the people of the South/south and we Igbos won't be fooled by the so called "change" mantra being sung now. There's no alternative to GEJ as far as the majority of Igbos are concerned, and even if there was, it wouldn't be an expired Hausa/Fulani cattle rearer of a General called Buhari.

Kai. You missed the point! The point is not just igbo presidency. The point is Igbo are not a major force to recon with politically. Igbo presidency is just a case study. Igbo has the least number of state. When it was time to create more state for SE to balance the anomaly, Igbo was yet again marginalised and instead of other regions to back ndi igbo up, others used the opportunity to request for even more state. WHY, because igbo has no allies and are busy creating more enemies. I am tempted to say SW, NC and other regions will probably get more states before SE.

True. In a sane world, there shouldn't be anything special which tribe the president come from. But in Nigeria, SE have always claimed to be marginalised in Nigerian politics and whether you admit it or not, SE see gej as a pseudo SE candidate (that's partly why he emphasise Azikwe in his name).
This is absolute nonsense.
Every region, state and ethnic group pursue their own interests in Nigeria, there is nothing like ally. No amount of alliance with the North would have made them happily agree to the creation of more states in the east without demanding for something themselves. You are Yoruba, you claim to form alliances and keep friends while Igbos are creating enemies right? Now tell me one Yoruba agenda in that same conference that was pushed forward and supported by the north.
Besides the states we have today were created by military decree not through any democratic process so you can never tell.
How is an Igbo President going to solve the problems of an average Igbo man? How are the ones who have had the Presidency faring?
How will an extra state benefit an Igbo man?
How is the north faring with its 19 states?

What is the assurance that, if Jonathan is not voted for, and possible you people give your votes to Buhari, you will be favoured?
