@Halimaah; That True, don't give up just yet. Going through your fiancee could take a longer time. Defer your admission for May and REFIRE. Like Tnuola said list out the reason for denial so the house can help tackle it. I'm sorry sad
tnuola:

Omg sad I'm so sorry dear.. It is well .. Pls list the reasons ticked and the documents u submitted, let's help tackle it.. Don't give up just yet.

@mrnilobrawn & tnuola any news yet?
Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by Padike: 8:35am On Jan 06, 2015
@tnuola do you track your application at all? There's really something wrong because your date is well passed. I think you should track it via VFS website.

Good morning Efamily. I got the well dreaded news from CIC last night saying 'I did not satisfy them that I would come back after my studies' this was the reason given to me before. This makes the second refusal. I can't even explain my emotions right now. But I know God knows best. I guess I would have to take the other route which is through marriage as my fiancee is in Canada already. . Does anyone have detailed information as to that route? Nevertheless, I wish Tnuola , mrnilo, warrikid and other awaitees in the house a positive news from CIC . We go meet for canada soon by his grace. I can't wait to hear you guys good news Atleast it would put a smile on my face. Lol. Have a good day guys.
Sorry about that Halimaah however, if you must go through your fiancee. You will have to provide evidence that you are married. With that in place, I think that should give you a good chance. I applied for a visitor's visa with the reason that I was visiting my wife. I got my visa in 4 days and after arriving here, I applied for a work permit which I got after 2 attempts.
Please don't give up, consider the two options available to you and ensure that know have sufficient documents to backup your applications irrespective of the option you choose. I wish you favor. My humble opinion.

Oh my this is really sad sad. Well at least you know where you stand and the annoying wait is over. I think the suggestion of you deferring and a re-fire is a good one instead of having to wait on the dependent route. It is well.

Maybe you can put a call through to VFS and explain your situation, just to clear all doubts

So sorry about the delay lady, just an advice from me "Never Ever Give Up". As the British would say 'it is darkest before dawn'. Keep trying, never let down your guard. All is well #TRV2015.

Sorry about the delay dear, would advice u defer till may if ur course have a may start date and then refire while checking on the other route (applying through marriage).. God will see you through.. I can imagine how hurting it is especially after waiting that long.. I think the reason for denial has to do with home ties

. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

your travel history
your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
purpose of visit
your current employment situation
your personal assets and financial status.
I don't have family in Canada o,I gave a detailed SOP debunking the previous reasons given at the first refusal. I gave my god fathers Soa,(25million) landed properties, CAC registration , passport bio page, birth and marriage certificate, affidavit of sponsor , letter of sponsor, my employment details, leave letter, bio page, statement of account) I didn't wana lodge money in d acct prior to submission, my siblings birth certs( my eldest bro is in UK, married and working ), education certificates , cv. Please house where did I go wrong ? Being the second attempt I am weary already.. Please does anyone have information as regards taking the spousal route, so we can start research. Thanx Tnuola. I wait for your good news

Painful. But after every dark tunnel, there is always light. I was wondering though, did you add your LOA from school? Asking because you didn't mention that. Also, did you pay your tuition fee? In addition, were you waiting for your medical call up or you did it upfront? I am sure the knowledgeable and experienced family members will have a look and proffer solutions. in btwn, I am also waiting to hear from them and hoping for the best. The fact that they did this after waiting for 10 weeks really makes me worried, but still hopeful. God will do the best. He knows our hearts.

Re: Travelling To Canada Part 7 by lollipop25(f): 10:37am On Jan 06, 2015
I just saw the documents u submitted and they are very ok.. most times these VOs can be very funny. There are people that submitted less documents and were approved.. it is well.. If you dont wanna apply through student anymore but through marriage, you will have to show proofs that you and your fiancee are married.. say pictures, marriage certificate and any other thing that can spice it up smiley but i would advice you dont apply immediately considering the fact that you just got denied study visa so it dosent look like you are desperate.... But while researching about the spousal route u might wanna give the study one a last shot, u never can tell, this might just be it
