By account of your high crime and HIV rates, we know why most South African men should now go by the name Shaggy ... starting from Shaggy Zooma! Tell us how many free packs of condoms you have stolen from public toilets? You all know what you do lot ... but there's a "budget" to keep you guys from having fatherless children everywhere.

what's this one saying? sad

Not only do you tell people to google things you yourself don't understand. You also cannot read.

Your question shows that you either cannot read or don't know what the fuel subsidy is or both. All three possibilities a shocker.

Look at this black pot calling the kettle black. Nigeria is just as worse in AIDS stats as South Africa. Your AIDS stats can only be accounted to only 20% of your population and the other 80% remain unknown. You have the largest population of HIV positive infants, yet you play innocent as if you are free from disease. Bwahahahaha…

Total DEPENDENCE on the state for fuel consumption. And this is a crude producing nation. They raised hell to have their reliance on the state continued.

Redeemer’s University, ACEGID develop Ebola
test kit
JANUARY 6, 2015

A World Bank funded research centre, African
Centre of Excellence for Genomics of Infectious
Diseases hosted by the Redeemer’s University,
Ede has developed a rapid response diagnostics
test that can detect the Ebola virus in 15 minutes.
The Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Debo
Adeyewa, announced this at the permanent site of
the university in Ede, Osun State, on Tuesday at
a press conference to herald the sixth
convocation of the university.
The VC said 28 graduates made First Class
Honours out of 598 graduates while 201 made
Second Class Upper Division and 266 are
graduating with Second Class Lower Division.
The vice chancellor added that 103 graduates fell
into other categories.
With this development of the new Ebola kit,
Adeyewa said that Ebola virus could be detected
quickly, saying this would assist in curbing the
spread of the virus in countries where the virus
was still ravaging lives.
The vice chancellor said, ” In the past one year,
Redeemer’s University gracefully emerged as the
highest rated university from amongst 15 highly
rated and prestigious universities from West and
Central Africa selected through a rigorous and
transparent exercise for establishment of the
African Centre of Excellence for Genomics of
Infectious Diseases, being funded by the World
Bank.
“The establishment of ACEGID at Redeemer’s
University will not only bring academic and
research success for African science, but also
contribute in fundamental ways to continental
health and economic development.
“ACEGID and Bioinnovation have developed a
Rapid Response Diagnostics Test that can detect
the Ebola virus with 15 minutes. An official
announcement for this new development would be
announced later. ACEGID is to receive five per
cent royalties on total sales of this new Ebola
Diagnostic Kit worldwide.”
While clamouring for the inclusion of the varsity
and other privately owned university in grants by
the Federal Government, Adeyewa said that it was
unfair to exclude private institutions from research
grants.
He said, ” We win international honours but our
nation tells us that our university is not good
enough to do research with the public fund.”
The vice chancellor said that the fees paid by
students of the university about two years ago
could not pay workers salaries alone apart from
other costs.
He said, ” While the university realized hss N960
million as fees about two years ago while the
workers salaries was N1.6 billion.”
Adeyewa added that the General Overseer of the
Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch
Adeboye, regularly paid fees of some indigent
students while his wife, Folu, had some students
she was sponsoring in the school.

What has your S/A guys i mean both students and scientist did or invent to save your brothers in africa

Satellites, Virodin which almost cured AIDS, Robots, and many others. I just don't have time to go on and on. Besides 15 minutes is too long, UN currently has a system which can detect the EV in just few seconds. It is just a waste of time and energy. Nigerians are very slow.

And you know what's sad? Ken Saro-Wiwa was fighting against Nigerian elite-Foreign exploitation, against leaders and companies like Shell. But they decided to kill him. He would have set a precedent had he lived and succeeded. A precedent that would've meant that Nigerians aren't under the ownership of South Africans today. wink
