3)Jamb admission letter (4copies)
4)Jamb result slip(4copies)
5)Birth certificate (4copies)
We used Just 4 passport.
The evidence of payment is two different printout.
One from Lasu website (it has ur name on it) and other from Quickteller...

it means one will be printed from lasu's website while in the process of finalizing the other will be printed from quick teller! After printing you would notice one is with your name and the other isn't; the one with your name is that of lasu while the other is that of quick teller. You gerrit??

Jeez!today's screening waz damn stressful.we pushed nd stepped on each other all tru d mawnin till we finally got to seat in d well furnished MBA building,we were giving a form nd we fill d 4 of them same tin n d 4 though,nd attached each of our credential nd each of d forms nd also wit our passport n each.we then started fighting 4 stapler all tru d afternoon.

And if you know you wanna get screened, jz go there early, i mean very early. Today was hectic nd @ the end of the day most of us didnt get screened. Everytin was not organized, to do screening again is man know man so if u know any staff there jz call the person cos most pple that were able to enter were pple who staff took in. even people that came after us enterd as long as they were with any influential person while we waited in the sun. When i finally got to enter arnd 4pm, they said they werent giving out forms again that we should come back on friday. This screening should av bin done in each faculty or better still each day for a faculty at the MBA, twas jz too crowdy. On friday lyk this, na me go open Lasu gate.

please, for those that have done their own screening, I have my original wace result which I collected in my school but did I need to buy a new scratch card again because have not use d old one up to 5 times.
