Bororojo: Which is what? Somalis wrongly use Jimo Jarrer (nappy hair) to describe Bantus as a form of racism. We refer to our hair as Timo jileec (soft hair), I dont know why or where you got Timo Hindi (Hindi hair), thats not even a Somali vocab and its propably something people say now after seeing that many people in southern India have some physical appearance to Somalis/Ethiopians. |

axum: No, I dont mind it at all.... they are not my people. However such people have no right to bash people, who "supposedly" want to be look like or be associated with certain traits of others ... 1 Like |

Bororojo: Somalis are not associating traits with anyone else. You made that up. Somalis have always prided how they look. Just cause they call Bantus nappy hair doesnt mean they want to associate with Arabs. lol Somalis are very xenophobic people as are many ethnic groups that have clans. |

axum: Cheei! see lies upon lies.... It is true what people say that lies pile up as people tell more lies to cover another.... If your people have been in contact with the indians for ages like you claim, then they wouldnt just be making that observation ..... See you later tonight, my Camel milk drinking friend.. 1 Like |

Bororojo: Somalis on the coast made contact with Arabs and Indians, but today Somalis are immigrants everywhere and realize the people outside their borders who look/resemble them like people in Eritrea, Ethiopia, Sudan, Southern Egypt, southern India. Remember Somalis were nomadic and some were on the coast trading with foreigners, its only recently that they have come to expose themselves to the rest of the world in terms of culture. |

TerryCarr: Why do people in North Africa, Europe, Arabia have E1b1b which is found overwhelmingly in the Horn? Science, linguistics, fossil evidence shows that Ethiopia is the cradle of civilization my friend. Everyone left the horn and adapted to their climate. |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by TerryCarr(m): 6:15am On Jan 08, 2015 |
axum:So? the omotic tribes have some of the highest ancient hunter & gather genes in the horn |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 6:16am On Jan 08, 2015 |
TerryCarr: but their DNA shows they are not the oldest. Same thing with linguistics. |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by TerryCarr(m): 6:28am On Jan 08, 2015 |
axum:true but they do have some of the oldest DNA, giving that a some of the oromo have similar features it is safe to assume that they were in other parts of ethiopia at one point. the oldest people in east Africa are the hadza 1 Like |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 6:30am On Jan 08, 2015 |
TerryCarr: Oromos in the west mixed with them, this is more recently as 1500's, because Oromos were driven inland into Ethiopia when Somalis destroyed Ethiopia and Portugal. This is the reason why many Oromos neighboring Somalia are Muslim and mixed with Somalis, the ones in the north mixed with Amahara and tigers and the ones in the west mixed with Omatic people. That mixing happened in the last couple hundred years, before that All of us were the same as their was no ethnic group called Oromo or Somali, it was just Cushitic people. |

axum: Ohhkay! I see. Is this why you, and a couple other Somalis online always claim Cushitics are the oldest people in the world? First, you need to understand that the oldest human remains from Ethiopia actually come from the southwest where the non-Cushitic Omotic tribes have always lived. You have already said yourself that Cushitics originated in the Central Ethiopian highlands. Second, genetic studies have already proven that the Khoisan people, now limited to Southern Africa, are the oldest branch of the human family. Language. Anthropologist now believe the oldest language spoken by man most likely contained click sounds still preserved in the language of the Khoisan and the related Hadza of Tanzania. 3 Likes |

Radoillo: We are talking modern humans, one of the oldest languages is Cushitic. When people were making clicking sounds we were not exactly the same species we are today. Asides you will see the Omatic people too have our DNA. |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Omarbah: 2:36pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Bororojo:I looked up that expression, all I found was Somalis on other forums talking about looks. I don't get their obsession with it. 2 Likes |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Nobody: 2:36pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
axum: That some Omotic people and even some of the Nilotic groups in southwest Ethiopia mixed with Cushitics in later periods of history does not in any way mean that the oldest remains found there were those of Cushitic people. |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 2:39pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Radoillo: Their not mixed with us, the came from us. Mixing if they were somatic would mean their was such thing as a Omatic and a Cushitic identity. |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Nobody: 2:42pm On Jan 08, 2015 |

axum:How come in your conclusion you say you were the same meaning and just before that you say " the mixing happened in the last couple hundred years" ? If Somalis and Oromos were the same before the mixing, would any intermarriage be called mixing? |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 2:44pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Omarbah: am talking about the mixing that happened that separted Oromos in northern Ethiopia from Oromos near Somalis. This happened in the 1500's when Somalis took over much of Ethiopia. Even though we are the same people, that mixing was more of cultural and religious mixing as we look the same. The mixing of the Oromos with Omatic people certainly changed them from the Cushitic people general look. |

axum:Axum, do you believe in Hamitic theory? |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 2:58pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Omarbah: Is it the theory that people who are Hamitic (Cushitic) contributed to advancement of anything positive in Africa? |

Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by Omarbah: 3:22pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
axum:Then both the Fulanis and Tutsis are considered as Hamitic . Now on serious note, you should know these sort of theories are what divides Africans. They are the ones that lead to things like the genocide in Rwanda. They always come from people that life outside of our continent . Once posited, they let us fight and come scrap the resources. What do you think should be done for Somalia to come back to peace? Ii told a friend of mine that we should let Al Shebab have their ISlamic state. |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 3:25pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Omarbah: Ofcourse. Tutsis are Negro-Hamitic as they mixed with Cushitic but are not pure. The Hamtic theory is basically a fact as anyone with eyes can see. If you look at east Africa, Bantus were nothing but slaves, it was Cushitic (Hamtic) people colonizing Egypt, Sudan, Arabia and the Bantus. We even defeated the Portagese. In West Africa it was the Tuareg and Fulanis who brough Islam and build Mali and other kingdoms. In South Africa where there were no Hamitic people, nothing happened. North Africans are considered Hamitic (northern Hamites). And you can see this by the history of Carthage and their war with Rome. Somalis should be left alone. We will decide our future. Alshabaab cannot govern Somalia unless all the Somali clans want them too, as each clan has its own land. I dont care about Africa man. Thats the first thing you fail to understand. I see Bantus like I see Whites, am indifferent to them, neither is my brother. |

Funny. Thanks to genetic studies, we now understand the Tutsi phenomenon better. It turns out they were originally Nilo-Saharan pastoralists absorbed by Bantu people. You might want to get rid of that Negro-Cushitic thing you just wrote and move on with the rest of the informed world. axum: |
Re: Meet The Most Beautiful People On Earth- The Fulanis by axum: 3:38pm On Jan 08, 2015 |
Radoillo: Negro-Hamitic is the term used by Seligman (god rest his soul and may he enter paradise). Clearly they are not Pure like Somalis. Even Tutsi will tell you that their forefathers emigrated from Ethiopia

Fulani and Touareg built Mali andSonghai and Ghana. LOL. Troll on, dude. I need you to tell me 'Hamites' also built the stone structures of Great Zimbabwe, created the naturalistic sculptures of Ife, the earthmounds around Benin City, etc. 3 Likes |
