I calm down and it buys me more time to think.. forget all those ,kendrick lamar ..Eminem etc -tim west wood frees...those are prewritten freestyles so don't expect to be as smooth as that ...
Just flow...and express yourself.. go from topic to topic..set ups makes it easier... so study thesaurus and synonyms..
for e.g when free styling and you figure out that you wanna punch with the end word-- Lamp ..
your mind should have quickly gathered things related to lamp..e.g bulb..bright.. etc ... that way it would seem more impressive ..
