Okay grin, Can the permit allow you in and out or there some conditions to the permit.
... Travel with only permit at ur own peril... Permit is not a travel document...

Lemme talk abt this permit issue, u guys don't seem to get wat Siga is sayin. Wen u apply to CIC using study as the reason for your application, what u are granted is a TRV, so that thing they put on ur passport is not ur study permit, it doesn't permit u to study, It just permits you to travel.

When u arrive at the international airport, u would be interviewed by an immigration officer who could ask for any document to proof ur stand, he/she is the one who gives u ur study permit.

Now on the study permit, it is boldly written that "this doesnot permit re-entry". So u cannot enter into Canada without a valid visa!
U can stay in Canada even after ur visa has expired, no body would ask u shit! As long as u don't leave Canada cos u won't b able to get in without a visa!

You can pay online for IELTS. Just Google their website you will be guided on what to do. I heard paying at their office is actually more expensive. That's how I paid mine.

Hello,
If you can't tell your employer you are leaving, you may have someone who you are close too at the office to help you get the letter. Maybe some in HR or Admin dept

You can always make a payslip for yourself, Most private firm don't issue that. Make one and get it stamped

You will have to include you bank Statement just so the payslip and statement do not contradit.

This is my opinion. Other's in the house will give there's

Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately, asking the guys in HR/Admin is tantamount to asking the Boss. They are all part of the ruling 'cabal'.

I'm thinking of using my bank statement in place of the pay slip as someone else advised here.

Hi,

1.) I am curious to know who requested for an employee reference letter. Are you applying for a student visa? Personally, I used just my employment letter and then I scanned my work ID card. If you can get leave letter, better but not everyone wants to let their employers know. In whatever case, the employment letter should be enough.

2.) I did not add payslips to mine. I however included my staff account statement with my application so the VO can tell through the monthly inflows my pay structure. If you can get it though, great. I actually forgot to include it.

3.) I don't know what you're applying for but if its a student visa, on the checklist under Proof of Financial Support, employment letter is right there. You can include your employment letter, your sponsor's employment letter, however it applies.

4.) Okay now I think you are not applying for a Study visa, yes? There was no place that required certifications, etc except of course in the Letter of Explanation part where people just add their certificates and qualifications just to serve as a proof of whatever it is they stated on their application.

x

Thank you very much your helpful response. Yeah, you're right, I am applying for a work permit not study.(I think I mentioned that in my last post)

If I can't come up with any grand plan to get the employee reference letter, I'll go with your suggestion of employment letter and id card. and also probably use my account statement in place of pay slip. I just hope it doesn't carry any severe implications for my application.

Thanks again.

Hello Guys, Please After Landing in Canada on a study permit visa, how soon can someone invite his /her spouse for a visit? Someone said at least after spending first 6 months in Canada. I don't know how true that is

Hello fellows.

Please really want a clarification for someone applying for Tourism with members of his family.

1.) Does he need to complete a separate form (IMM5257E) for each and every member of his family travelling with him
or

2.) Just by completing his own IMM5252E and family information form (IMM5645E) where there is indication for those members of his family that will be travelling with him?

3.) If (1) above is the correct approach, will it means every member will pay the CAD185?

Thank you for your anticipated response.
