The most likely first reply I get from people after finally having the nerves to tell them am studying agriculture is 'AGBE' meaning farmer it's underrated really. Even in school our fellow mates see us as farmer and most time wonder why we take so long reading for exams am not into Agric economics nor animal science tho. Crop, soil and pest management

toughness is wen right from your first semester u start having school project (I mean semester project) till ur your graduation year...

toughness is wen u are on the drawing board with ur back bent and pencil in ur hand all through the night....(sleepless nights)

toughness is wen u have a test by 8am and u just left ur work/studio by 5am of that same morning....(how do u prepare well? yet we don't fail)

toughness is wen u have a paper to write by 8am and u just start preparing for the first time in the evening of the previous day....(non-archi students,. don't try this at home)

toughness is wen u see archi-tecture as archi-torture....

What of Geology? well,it depends on the school sha. Most are very hard and frustrating,like the one in Delsu,others are easy and exciting, like the one in uniport. All the same, Labour market only employ 45 geologist yearly.

Yes, educational courses are tough jst like every other course. They often combine two course areas like Ecostat education, Political sci n public admin education etc. In such cases, u av to deal wit alot of reading both on education n on ur area of specification. One is also often faced wit a lot of borrowed courses.
As a pol sci edu student, i had to take courses frm Biz admin(BUS), Sociology n anthropology(SAA), Ecostat(Statistics), ISD(Intergovernmental relations), Computer science(CSC) amongs others

what about urban and regional planning?

ℓ don't understand what the op meant by "underrated" but what i'm sure of is some courses attracts more candidates than other courses..
Ƨ̣̣̣̇̇̇o if "underrated" as the op proposed is due to the number of applicants that put in for a particular course, then ℓ can assure уσυ "ARCHITECTURE" does not Havε gargantuan applicants that always put in for it compared to "Mass-comm", "Pol. Science" and many other courses that are not as difficult to study compared to Architecture..

Most of the courses offered in the college sciences no easy but back then I respected those doing physics ooo. 100level about 70 go start by graduation with does wey spill n repeat join d class them no go reach 10 wey d graduate. I rep chemistry

you have all said it all, by propounding the prescriptive and discriptive analysis of the courses above. in a nutshell, I would love to sensitize u; if need be, in a view to knowing the essence of studying languages and how it can help to improve our society. language courses are never underestimated by those that are well learned. However, a course like linguistics: dat means the scientific study of language that comprises the study of all natural language and artificial ones. linguistics is a course to watch out for......

please is MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY a good course,some1 shuld enlighten me a little bit about the course.

there is no course like management technology in any nigerian univesity. Schools like futo and atbu that have dept of management technology award degrees in financial management, banking and finance or project management. To cut the whole gist short, management technology comprises of all disciplines in management science, accounting and finance.
