I bet that's for PAYPAL verification, It will be returned. Linking your EBAY with PP shouldn't attract any fee.

I ordered for one item on aliex, when making payment the first attempt show me "Not successful " i repeated the payment procedure,... and finally got double deduction! what's the solution please?

the 1st transaction was successful...I get unsuccessful most times but still get deducted and the transaction goes on(guess it's a kind of error from their system) try and cancel one of the orders...hope it helps cool

Have you visited the nearest post office to you. Got there and ask if your package has arrived or not.
