Some people don't know what is expected from a federal government. we need a mega projects from them not a project that ordinary Lagos state government would get done in just 2 years . We need mega projects, every region of the country need world class rain system, uninterrupted electricity, good roads linking all region of the country together , drinkable water expecially in the rural area, and security . Federal government as been failing us since 1999. Let us kick out PDP and try something new . We are tired of bad governance from the PDP.

Lagos State government couldn't complete the common light rail project they've been doing for 8 years...

Good things come to people who appreciate good things

Obasanjo started the rail revival, but the Yar'adua/GEJ admin stall the project. The same project Obj awarded for $8.3b is what GEJ awarded for $12b after spending several billions rehabilitating old track.

Obasanjo’s $8.3b Rail deal unsettles Yar’Adua
http://www.nigerianmuse.com/20080319201221zg/sections/other-peoples-essays/obasanjo-s-8-3b-rail-deal-unsettles-yar-adua/

And OBJ was president for how long? If he awarded 8.3 billion, why was it not completed in the administration? Why did it have to take others to finish it? GEJ has awarded money and has also seen the revival of train transport. All in his time......nobody else will have to come and re-award anything for the trains we are seeing today.

If OBJ would refund the billions given to him for electricity generation, that would help.

At least we can see what the 12bln was spent on (although thats an outrageous amount). I prefer that over 8.3 billion and nothing to show......

May God continue to Punish all the Enemies of GEJ and this Great country!

We are making progress this was not where we were Yesterday!
U're absolutely right my brother. What was the naira exchange for a dollar before GEJ was sworn in? What was d then price of petrol? Weren't u having light( electricity) before? Corruption is on the high side. We're making progress, aren't we?
Believe me, am not a member of any political party and am talking as a patriotic Nigerian. This is d 6th years of GEJ, name one notable achievement he has made in the past six years? And please, don't mention railway, because I work there and am telling u that all what u're seeing on TV(NTA) station is bogus.
Brother, let have a change. A change in the presidency might bring the desire result we're envisaging. Thanks for ur understanding.

YOUR APC LEADER OBASANJO SPENT 8YEARS TO ARRANGE ONLY "THE PROCEEDURE FOR CONSTRUCTION" WHILE GEJ HAS SPENT ONLY 4YRS AND GOTTEN THE JOB DONE.......SHAME ON FAILBUHARI AND OBJ...... THERE ARE IN THE SAME SINKING BOAT.

Realdeals:

Abuja - Kaduna is new, so they can afford to construct anything less. Am talking about the major rail line that cut across the country. The North-west and North-east rail line. They procedure for construction have been concluded by the OBJ administration even building that could cause obstruction have been marked for demolition, my mum was a victim. I arrived from a trip by train just yesterday minna - lagos. I have been using train as a means of transportation since the 1990's. So when i tell you anything about train service in Nigeria just accept.

I have noticed a really dirty Trend on here.

Since the people started posting these Enugu-PHC, PHC-Enugu Trains, no one has ever said how long it took them to complete the Journey.

Each time someone asks, they keep on avoiding the questions.

How do you expect people to see your claims as Straightforward.

You cannot even defend your claims and you expect us to believe in the man you are campaigning for.

He was the Head of state of Nigeria, not Daura so u don't expect him to focus solely on Daura and ignore other parts of the country. Go across the country to ask for what he did. Has Buhari been an elected official since 1985? Or you expect him to use the 10% he collects from his monthly allawee to do it?

No matter how you spin it, GEJ IS A FAILURE. You are here celebrating mediocre achievement in the face of unprecedented monies they have spent.

The Queen that we want to copy sometimes travel by rail tell jeg to travel with those trains to his next campaign if he really think highly of the work he has done.

Freecocoa, the enugu station is at the bustop in Ogui rd called "railway", if you are in Okpara Avenue/Garden Avenue, its at NEPA bus-stop its directly behind Nepa from that axis and from Ogui Rd it shares boundary with the national stadium. You can't miss it.

@Olrotimi, except you just want to feel the new train its more expensive travelling from Uyo to Phc and then to Enugu. But the terminal at PHC is at station busstop. Just behind the. Bus stop
