I have a friend that works in the Fed University Otuoke, she told me last week that there is no water, no hostel, no good road connection etc. the only good hostel there is the one donated by the Presidents mother. She advised me that if I know anybody that is considering universities, I should advise the person against Otuoke. I dont see the so called achievements except in the TV and some magazines
