Thanks for the link, i'll try to download it. can you please also drop a link for the system software that lets you connect your BBZ10 to a system and transfer files? i just finished downloading one of about 200mb just to get a file error message, do you have a working link? the system is windows. Thanks

That tells you the person who sold it must have done so because of the faulty battery. If you're lucky, a simple software upgrade might fix the problem otherwise you're stuck with a defective hardware
