Good evening mothers,
Am so glad coming across this trend, am 7wks pregnant,just the tiredness n nausea feeling which is not always is my challenge for now.pls I need help in knowing when to start antenatal n what I need to be eating or takin to ensure a healthy baby.honestly my food intake still revolve around paster food n few fruits.

Got my baby things today @ Ogunpa market in Ibadan..and am very happy cos I got nice tins @ very gud prices.(cheaper dan my budget) though @ whole sale price..there you serve ursef oo....quite stressful but I can tell you twas worth it

I think if going shopping,go with sumone matured n experience,it saves more(cash n stress)

present ma.. im managing o! im seriously counting down. its not easy. I dont sleep at night again. my tummy is so distended. .kai! DH dey always pity me sef. Right now na heartburn, indigestion, back and waist pain get me. my legs r so swollen..
and to think that im just 35weeks.. it is well..

Mamas please help me oooooo,am 39 weeks and a day gone but since like 1hr now I can't lie down,I can't sit and I can't stay in one place,walking and shaking up and down,am feeling Dis slight pain DAT I do feel DAT tym if my period is coming,it will come and go again... Baby is still doing its own acrobatics.Please wat do I do..?

welcome on boardsmiley d tiredness n nausea is part of d package. u can start ANC now. start taking folic acid - very impt (1tab) just eat as u normally would NOT for 2 & incorporate mor healthy stuff- protein, veggies.

Welcome onboard mama,just make sure u take enough fruits,veggies n alot of fluid n pls dont 4get 2 take ur folic acid 1 tablet a day it really help. May we all carry to term n deliver safely.(Amen)
P.s u can regester 4 ANC right away.

Lots of vitamin c, water(dont take cold oo), oranges, original honey in warm water. Kindly stay off over the counter drugs and just take paracetamol if need b.
