I've been trying to download a new pdf reader on my Techno P9 device...but itz telling me "error downloading pdf reader,there is insufficient space on the device". I have deleted some unneeded files & some in the gallery. Even my phone memory remains like 13G while my sd card (2G) has been unused since i bought the phone. Please guyz,help me out.Thanks in advance.

the fault isnt from your phone memory or sd card but from your internal storage. you'll either need to clear it or expand it. see the video tutorial below for an expansion technique

Good evening guyz. My Tecno phantom (P9) is displaying "storage space running out,some system functions may not work". Plz what should I do?? Thank you!!

Switch off; switch on again ; delete all unwanted applications ; make sure your pictures,music, and videos are stored on memory card rather than phone ; after that, restart your android.
